Possible consequences of cervical spine instabilities

The consequences of cervical spine instabilities can vary depending on the severity.

If spinal cord, brain stem, nerve or blood vessel compression occurs it can lead to stroke, hypoperfusion of the brain and paralysis of the limbs.

Over the years different doctors discussed about possible correlations between cervical spine instabilties and many other diseases. This topic is very hard for me because there are many theories but very little scientific proof which is why I am very carefully with how I express myself here. Nevertheless I want to provide a variety of opinions and theories which might be important in the future and not only my personal opinion.
